Feature Roadmap: What's Coming to StatChecker
This post is a snapshot from March 2026. For the latest, always-up-to-date version, visit the Feature Roadmap page.
StatChecker started with what I found most useful as a pro bettor and keeps growing based on what members need to find better value.
This post is a quick look at where we are, what's next, and the thinking behind it.
What happens every week
Every Monday we import the weekend's results and update upcoming games to the next round so your searches always reflect the latest data. On top of that, we're constantly shipping ad-hoc bug fixes, polish, and small improvements as noticed by members. We read every message and ship fast.
Key features being built
1. Tackles & Marks
Full tackles and marks support across Single and SGM search, plus SGM legs expanding from 8 to 12 players. These are two of the most popular player prop markets and we're adding the same depth of historical data you already get for disposals, goals, and the rest.
2. Add to Multi
Right now our SGM tool works best when players share a connected set of games with meaningful past performance data. But sometimes you want to combine legs from completely different games, for example two players from different teams who rarely play each other.
We deliberately don't let you search those matchups in SGM because the shared data set is too small to be useful. Add to Multi solves this by letting you build cross-game player combos outside the SGM framework, with each leg still backed by its own full evidence set.
3. Clearances & Hitouts
Two more contested-ball markets added to every search mode, giving you a wider edge on ruck and midfielder props.
4. NBA 2026/27
NBA is where I excelled as a bettor and what led to me being largely restricted. Building AFL first with disposals and marks only, and with far fewer teams and games, let us get a working version of the app up and running incredibly well. NBA is the logical next sport.
We're bringing the same stat-checking engine to NBA player props for the 2026/27 season. Same speed, same depth, new sport.
Our approach
We keep a free tier and focus on making the paid experience so good that members choose to upgrade, not because they have to, but because it's worth it.
No paywalling basic features. No locking you in. Just better tools for people who are serious about finding value.
A lot of other sites make you pay before you can do anything. We'd rather you try the app, see that it works, and decide for yourself.
Got a request?
If there's a feature or market you want to see, let us know. This app is built around what members actually use, and the roadmap shifts based on your feedback.
