StatChecker respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, existing AFL research tools, and the launch list for our upcoming NBA version.
What we collect
- Account details you provide (such as email or login identifiers).
- Usage data (pages viewed, clicks, and feature usage) to improve the product.
- Device and browser information for performance and security.
- Membership preorder records and support tickets, including contact details, payment status and messages. We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional emails and internal notifications.
- Customer relationship records, including prior purchases you made with us, support notes, product interests and your email preferences.
- When you follow a registered referral link, a first-party cookie remembers a random referral visit identifier for up to 30 days. We may link it to your waitlist entry or signed-in account to credit the referrer. We do not use IP addresses to identify a referred customer.
- If you join the NBA launch list: your name, email, the email updates you requested, and the annual offer displayed when you joined.
- Referral and campaign labels and the referring website's origin. We remember this attribution in your browser for up to 30 days and save it with a launch-list signup. New attribution records exclude URL paths, query strings and login credentials.
How we use data
- Provide the service and keep your account secure.
- Improve search speed, accuracy, and product experience.
- Measure performance and reliability of the platform.
- Manage customer relationships and referral attribution. Importing historical customer records does not automatically subscribe them to new marketing messages.
- Send the NBA launch notification or demo and launch updates you requested and understand which campaigns bring people to the launch list. Older launch-only signups retain their original email scope. Demo registrations request NBA demos, guides and launch updates.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted providers who help us operate the service.
Your choices
- You can request access or deletion of your data.
- You can manage cookies and analytics preferences in your browser settings.
- You can clear saved referral attribution by clearing this site's cookies and browser storage, or contact us to request removal from the NBA launch list.
