Use of the service

Accounts and billing
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page and can be cancelled anytime.
NBA 26/27 membership preorders
New NBA memberships are billed in US dollars (USD). The standard annual membership is US$299. EARLYBIRD reduces the price to US$199 per year while your subscription remains continuous. You pay when purchasing and renew annually on your purchase anniversary until canceled. Cancel future renewals through the membership billing portal. Existing subscriptions purchased under earlier offers retain their agreed price and currency.
This is a preorder. Full access will be available 10 days before the NBA 26/27 season begins. We will email upcoming demos, how-to guides, launch updates and access instructions from statchecker.app. Illustrative previews show planned research workflows.
NBA 26/27 membership sales are capped at 1,000 for US residents, 100 for Australian residents and 100 across other countries. Select your actual region of residence at checkout. We may contact you to resolve a difference between your selected region and billing country before providing access. Paid places are not automatically resold following cancellation or refund. A free registration does not reserve a place. These limits control our membership sales and do not guarantee betting returns, market prices or protection from bookmaker restrictions.
New NBA preorders do not include a voluntary change-of-mind refund offer. Canceling stops future renewals and does not automatically refund payments already made. If there is a problem with your purchase, contact us so we can review it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights to a refund or other remedy under applicable consumer law.
Earlier purchases retain any refund offer made at the time of purchase. This update does not remove those existing commitments.

Registering free for demos and updates is separate from purchasing a membership. It takes no payment and reserves no seat. Contact us anytime to stop those emails.
